Returning an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging with the seal unbroken, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please note that consumer reasons such as consumer unmatched expectations, or change of mind will not be accepted for returns. Also, the original packaging cannot be broken and the seal must be unbroken for exchanges to be accepted during the 7-day time period.

Returning a Digital Product

Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been activated or downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review the product description, preview, and other available information before making your purchase.

Refunds

We will process your refund once we have received the returned item(s) and confirmed that they meet the above-mentioned conditions. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in the process of returning the item and issuing a refund or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for the defective item.
