All products sold by GenArc are covered by a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or other external causes
  • Damage caused by the use of the product for a purpose other than its intended use or exposure to any other condition for which GenArc could not be deemed liable.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues related to batteries, if the battery has been charged by a charger not specified or approved by the manufacturer, any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering, or the battery has been used in equipment other than the manufacturer’s device for which it is specified

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide a description of the problem, as well as proof of purchase. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the product, or to provide a refund, at our sole discretion.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
